Unlike some of the online-only mortgage brokers out there, we're happy to assist you in whichever way is most convenient. We can help over the phone, we can come to see you, or you can visit us at our Surry Hills office.
We will conduct a quick review of your current situation over the phone. As part of this, we will gather high-level information about your current financial position and lending objectives. This will allow us to perform research into your scenario.
We will spend time researching your situation. This may involve us speaking with lenders to clarify lending policy, or to seek an exception or discretionary pricing for your particular circumstance. Once we have completed our research, we will then present our findings to you - either over the phone (ideally via computer screen-share) or in person.
Once we have presented you with our findings and recommendations, you can then take as much time as you need to consider your options. If and when you choose to proceed with the recommended solution, or any other solution from our panel of over 50 lenders, we'll move onto step 4.
In order to prepare your loan application we will need to complete what is known as a "fact find". This will include gathering details around all relevant personal details, including current assets, income, and liabilities. We will also need to gather supporting documentation for your application which may include identification, payslips, tax returns and so on.
Once we have all of the necessary information and documents, we will prepare and lodge your application with the lender. We will then regularly follow up on this application until the loan has settled.
As premium brokers, we closely monitor your loans to ensure your finances are optimised relative to your circumstances and objectives. In some cases, we can help minimise your interest by refinancing to a new lender or negotiating discounts with your current lender. Essentially, we act as your trusted mortgage advisor, keeping an eye on the market so you don't have to.
